If you determine the course is not the right fit, you may request a refund in accordance with our published terms and timelines. Consulting engagements—including vCISO services, technical advisory, and practitioner-focused support—are governed by the applicable contract or statement of work. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined based on work performed and contractual terms once services have begun.

Fees for assessment-related services—including readiness reviews, gap analyses, and advisory engagements—are governed by the terms of the executed services agreement or statement of work (SOW). Because these engagements involve resource allocation and regulatory preparation activities, refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced unless expressly stated in writing.

Due to the digital nature of our training materials and the immediate access granted to our intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, and course content, all sales are final. This policy ensures the integrity of our certification-aligned content and protects our assessor-informed curriculum.
