Refund and Return Policy

Fees for assessment QA engagements — including any recurring support arrangement — are set in the executed contract or statement of work. That document governs invoicing, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility.

Because each engagement is scoped around specific assessment activities, availability, and access arrangements, no standard refund formula is published on this website. If you have a question about an existing engagement, contact us and we will confirm the terms that apply to it.

Refund option published at the time of purchase

To ensure prospective learners could confidently evaluate training programs, a refund option was offered after completion of the first instructional module. If a learner determined the course was not the right fit, a refund could be requested in accordance with the published terms and timelines.

Statement published alongside it

The previous version of this policy also stated: “Due to the digital nature of our training materials and the immediate access granted to our intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, and course content, all sales are final.” That statement has not been withdrawn.

How this is applied

Both statements above were published together in the previous version of this policy. Neither has been deleted. If you purchased a course before October 21, 2026 and the two appear to conflict for your purchase, contact us and we will apply the refund term that governed your purchase — we will not rely on the later wording to remove a refund option that applied to you.

New public course enrollment is closed. Existing learners keep their established access instructions, and prior orders, billing records, and refund requests remain supported.

Consulting engagements — including advisory and practitioner-focused support — were governed by the applicable contract or statement of work. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined based on work performed and the contractual terms that applied once services had begun.

New implementation-consulting engagements are no longer offered through this website. Existing clients retain their established support arrangements, and active statements of work continue as written.

Certain offerings — including discounted programs, bundled packages, promotional enrollments, retainers, subscription-based arrangements, fixed-price offerings, or expedited services — may be subject to different refund or cancellation terms. Any such exceptions were, or are, disclosed in writing at the time of registration or contracting.

Course enrollments and access credentials are issued to the registered participant only. Engagement deliverables are issued to the contracting organization only. Neither may be transferred, shared, reassigned, or reused by another individual or entity without prior written authorization.

Enrollment provided access to instructional content for training purposes only and did not include consulting services, assessment services, certification authority actions, or official readiness determinations unless explicitly stated in writing.

Access instructions were sent to the email address used at enrollment. If you no longer have them, contact us with the course name and the email used at enrollment and we will help.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in services or applicable guidance. Material updates are published on this site with a new effective date and apply prospectively. Purchases and engagements made under an earlier version continue under that version.
